USPAP
USPAP is the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and provides the generally accepted standards of the valuation profession in the United States.
Our USPAP courses are for PERSONAL PROPERTY only.
15-Hour Courses will be taught using the 2020-2021 USPAP book.
7-Hour Update Courses will be taught using the 2020-2021 USPAP book, the 2022 Student Manual and 2022 USPAP Reference Guide.
By registering for a USPAP class, you understand the information listed on the USPAP Course Policies Page.
You must have taken a USPAP class within the past 24 months to be eligible for the 7hr Update Course.
All in-person USPAP classes require proof of vaccination.
Registration for all courses closes one week before the course start date to ensure the mailed hard copies of the materials arrive on time. All online USPAP courses require that you have a working microphone, speakers, and a strong Internet connection. A headset (with microphone) is highly recommended. Webcams are strongly encouraged for 7-hour courses.
All USPAP courses require at least 10 students to run.
Changes or cancellations to your registration must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of your course in writing (via fax or email). If you do NOT notify us at least 5 business days before the course, you will be charged a $50 administration fee.
